About

I’m a creative powerhouse with a career in shaping communications, culture, and org strategy for mission-driven businesses. I was recently the youngest Board Member at Breitenbush Hot Springs, a renowned healing retreat and conference center, and while finishing my MBA in Sustainability there, wrote my first book on organizational evolution—with $10k in sales the first six months. Outside of career work, I’m a devout reader, woodworker, frequent traveler, and alpine rock climber.

I come from a lifetime of team sports, finishing Best in Conference for Grinnell College Volleyball in 2016, which gave me the lens of seeing team dynamics as one of the most potent containers for human evolution and achievement. At the end of college, my first experience with psychedelics sent me on a journey of self-actualization and understanding that I now understand will never be over. I’m continuously dedicated to and delighted by the process of becoming, so much so that I’ve made sharing and teaching it my life’s work.

While I’m an environmentalist at heart, I’m an executive by trade, as I believe business to be the most effective and exciting vehicle for creating cultural change. After a decade working for and with “hippie” businesses, I’ve gathered what performance insights these cultures have that makes the buy-in so powerful, and brought it to my work of coaching executives and storytelling.
